The Death of the Angry Woman: Express your emotions and release your rage.
Jameliah was raised in an household with an abusive father. As a young adult, she suffered through domestic violence in unhealthy relationships, which led her to fight back with rage. Over time, she learned to recognize her triggers, heal her wounds, and find more peaceful ways to “fight back.” In this poignant and powerful conversation, Jameliah empowers her audience to release their rage and acknowledge their emotions in a healthy manner.
Resuscitate the Woman: Find confidence in your true self.
As we reach our forties and fifties, many of us realize we don’t have confidence like we used to. Jameliah found this to be true for herself; she had taken a fight or flight approach to life. As she matured and grew through her experiences, however, she learned to face herself and her past pain. Jameliah hopes to empower others to find their confidence and “resuscitate the women” inside of them.
From Domestic Abuse Survivor to Thriver: Transform pain into strength.
As a child abuse and domestic abuse survivor, Jameliah shares her first-person perspective in an informative and inspirational way. Her goal is to empower other women to be fearless no matter what demons they’ve been forced to face, to be transparent with themselves, and to recognize their unique situations as baselines for strength, not weakness. In sharing her story of battling not only her abusers but also her abusive self, Jameliah hopes to show that true risk-taking challenges both what you’ve fought and how you’ve fought it.

Pastor
Born to the late Prophet Violetta Britton Young, and Bishop James Young, Jameliah Ivy Gooden was raised in Clinton Hills, New York, where she heard the voice of the Lord at just six years old. Today, she continues to follow His will and has been in ministry for nearly thirty years, having preached her first sermon at the age of thirteen at Kingsborough College in Brooklyn.
In 2016, while driving through Atlanta, Georgia, she heard the voice of the Lord say, “pull over” as she was on her way to work. The Lord told her she would speak to the nations and that He would use her to restore His character. This inspired her to begin speaking internationally. Now she preaches to over half a million followers each day through her Car Chronicles Facebook live videos, streamed every morning at 7:30 Eastern standard time.
Since then, she has been honored to travel the world, touching people with God’s word and living as His servant. She is blessed to serve God’s people and owes every trial and tribulation, and her unwavering commitment, to that day in her car.
Recently, the Lord compelled her to house the people of God in Charlotte, North Carolina. She formed Unity Charlotte International Church, where she now preaches every Sunday. She is pleased to share this ministry with her husband, Pastor Fred D. Gooden III.
Pastor Jameliah’s ultimate goal is for others to share the fruits of the Lord: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
